Riverdale Home

The Riverdale Home is a row house located in Toronto.  The renovation involved opening up the first floor with a new kitchen and open concept living/dining. This eliminated the very tight existing hallway on the first floor.  Also part of the renovation was a new layout for the existing bathroom on the second floor and roughing in for a future bathroom and laundry in the basement.  A new high efficiency gas furnace was installed to replace the existing oil furnace and a tankless hot water heater was also installed. Medium density spray polyurethane foam insulation was used to achieve maximum thermal performance for the building envelope.
