Click on any one of the photos below for a slide show of each stage of construction of the Wapomeo Lodge. The old Lodge was demolished in the fall of 2003.  Manufacturing of the timber frame for the new Lodge began in March 2004. Construction on the island began in May and was completed in August 2004.  The finished floor was installed in June 2005.
