The challenge for the Fox Residence renovation was to completely transform the existing damp partially finished basement into attractive dry fully finished living space. A code compliant apartment was created complete with a window well providing additional light as well as a means of egress. A new high efficiency boiler system was installed to serve the existing radiators in the upper portion of the house as well as to provide hot water for the new in-floor radiant heating system for the basement.
