The Earp Residence is located in St. Catharines, Ontario. It is a beautiful brick semi-detached heritage house dating from the mid to late 1800’s. The renovation involved gutting the existing interior and providing new plumbing, heating and electrical systems throughout while preserving the existing stairs and exterior. New plan layouts were developed for all levels. A one bedroom apartment was created on the lower level. The 1st Floor features a linear kitchen open to the dining area.
